The debut CD album of Vittorio Prato is dedicated to the art of the great baritone of the past – Antonio Tamburini. This exquisite selection of rare belcanto arias from the operas of the beginning of the XIX century is presented in an elegant edition with booklet notes written by Giancarlo Landini. Orchestra “Virtuosi Brunenses” and “Camerata Bach Choir” are conducted by the belcanto specialist José Miguel Pérez-Sierra. The album is recorded in collaboration with SWR radio and captures the vibrant emotions of a live concert.
